The TOPS Auction is the school's largest fundraiser for TOPS K-8 and provides more than 80% of the annual budget for Friends of TOPS.
Your participation directly supports the programs and services funded this year, and helps us preserve them for the year ahead.

Our team has contacted many businesses already, and we gratefully accept your help reaching your own favorites. Ask about donating an item or an experience — a personal ask from a TOPS family goes a long way.

Tickets include dinner and drinks. Staff and volunteers receive a promo code to attend for free.
If the ticket price is a hardship, email auction@topsk8.org for a complimentary ticket code. No explanation needed.

The Auction runs on volunteers: behind-the-scenes prep, check-in, item pickup, event-night support. Whether you have an hour or a season, there's a role for you.

It takes many hands. You can procure items from local businesses, donate an item, service, dessert, or experience yourself, help with set-up and take-down, pick up donated items, enter item data, work check-in and registration on event night, or send a student helper our way.
